Rates -

$225 / 55 minute session

Payment -

Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy -

We require at least 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Teletherapy -

Coaching sessions are available virtually regardless of your location.

Therapy sessions are only available in California. We only offer virtual sessions.

Insurance -

Most Out-of-Network & PPO Health Insurance Accepted for Therapy Sessions Only

With PPO insurance plans we are considered out-of-network providers and you may be reimbursed in full or in part. We can provide you with a superbill to give to your insurer. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?

  • Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What percentage of the fee do you cover?
